Redwood performance keeps loading and nothing gets populated.

While we try and access the performance page the performance redwood page keeps loading and the page doesn't get populated at all. With the seeded role of an employee there is no such issue but when we take the custom role this issue comes up. We have compared both the seeded and the custom roles all privileges are to be exact.

What else could be the reason for this issue and how can we fix it?
