absence type with conversion rule

Summary:

HI,

We have a qualification plan which is attached to absence type (Child Birth/Placement Type) where we are using conversion rule for deriving the absence hours.

When we submit the absence the duration is showing as per the formula attached. But the used hours in the qualified entitlement section for the associated plan is not showing same value.

with out attaching the formula the absence entered and the used hours in the plan are matching. but when we are using the conversion formula the hours are not matching.
