Absence Load Balance HDL Failing

Summary: I am trying to Load below HDL manually for Absence , but it is failing due to below error.

Error Message :-

You can't update this record because the SourceSystemId {SRC_SYSTEM_ID} and SourceSystemOwner {SRC_SYSTEM_OWNER} are invalid.Details.

You have supplied a user key or surrogate ID value that's used by an existing record with a different source key.
