How to fix this time card error: "Error: HXT:::HXT_SUBMIT_TC_FAILED"

Summary: We have a singular employee with a singular time card that is throwing this error: HXT:::HXT_SUBMIT_TC_FAILED (screenshot below). The time card is from 11/12/2023-11/25/2023. The employee's assignment is correct and their HCM group membership is correct and they both pre-date 11/12/2023. Edits can be made to the time card, but the error is thrown whenever Save or Save and Close is selected. If updates are made and the time card submission attempt is made, this error is thrown: "The time card can't be submitted. Contact your help desk. (HXT-1665064)."
