Is it possible to have 2 different templates for Time Card Notification ?

We have 2 different Business Unit and each of them has a different requirement for the Time Card Approval Notification.

/Shared Folders/Custom/Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications/TimecardApprovalNotificationBulkReport

Is there a way to create 2 different templates and then assign each of them to a different BU, so depending of the person BU the Time Card notification would be different.
