some of the participants cannot view the "save and close" button before submitting their 360feedback

it is noticed that some of the participants can answer the questionnaire but cannot save and close the questionnaire to submit it. the "save and close" button is not visible. Only a few participants are affected. any help of this would be greatly appreciated.
