Giving competencies catalogs different weights when computing best-fit job
Summary:
Hi experts,
I'd like to differentiate the contribute of each catalog of competencies when computing the best-fit job for a person. I'm aware we can specify the importance of the single competencies in the editing of a job profile (see screenshot), but I'm wondering if there's a way to do the same thing but for the whole catalogs without the necessity to select the importance of every single competency.
