Redwood- Employee with custom role cannot drill to his goal

Employee with a custom employee role that is going to Me--> goals --> list of his goals
and then trying to drill to one of the goals he is receiving a loading page that is stuck like this and cannot see the goal

it looks like there is some privileges missing
what is the missing privillages? i gave all the goals privileges
