DFF Field linked to position should auto populate when creating succession plan based on position.

A DFF is created in succession plan page where the list of values has been linked to the position in position details.

When succession plan is created the DFF field "Criticality" should auto populate the data for the which the position is linked.

Kindly suggest ideas to achieve the end result.
