Retain PTO till last working day and then payout PTO balance on termination date

Hi Experts,

We have a policy where employees are allowed to take PTO during their notice period. We are seeing the following issue in Oracle:

PTO balance is being disbursed on Termination processed date. The plan is becomes inactive. This is resulting in zero balance during notice period

How can we stop this in Oracle? The PTO balance needs to available till last day and the plan should also be active till last working day.

Am I missing any setup in Oracle?
