The Employee Absence Balance Screen is not Updating Correctly

We have an issue with one of our employees regarding their vacation absence balance.

When searching in the person management system, the correct information regarding their vacation balance appears. However, if the user wishes to view their balance through their account, a different number appears.

We need the correct information to appear on the user's 'Absence Balance' screen.
