Can Employee receives notification, if Manager updates Questionnaire for Employee in Check-ins

Hello,

We have loaded Check-ins for Managers through HDL. Now if Manager updates Questionnaire for Employee for Check-ins, will Employee receive any notification?

We are not able to see any notification coming after Manager provides or updates Questionnaire for Employee.

Any suggestions on this how to enable notification for this.
