Is there a way of seeing the full LOV within a Content Section

Is there a way of changing the Key Word Search functionality in a content section to display all values.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Can you please advise if there is a profile setting that can be used to change the LOV within a content section eg Memberships so that the full LOV are displayed rather than having to add a letter/keyword before a list is displayed.
