Shared Goals not visible on the employee side unless they select "Add Goals" in Redwood

Summary: The shared Goals are not visible on the Users end with whom the Goal is shared . Only when they select "Add Goals" the Shared Goal appears on the right as an option to chose from(instead of creating a new one). The Goal list does not have the shared Goal in the Redwood Pages. Is there any profile option that we are missing or should be turned on for shared Goals?
