How can we contribute participants to overall score in 360 Performance Management?

Hi,

We would like to achieve following scenario. Just like employee itself and managers ; participants should be able to rate competencies & ratings for the related employee performance evaluation, then we should consider also their ratings in the overall score calculation.

Is this possible?
