Summary:

During an audit of the Critical Illness rate - it was discovered that the rates were calculated based on the spouse's age and smoker status rather than the employee's age and smoker status. We corrected the variable rates first. Then we backed out of the Open Enrollment life event as unprocessed. When attempting to add it back in the evaluated life event - I keep receiving the same error message.

"The record you're attempting to update can't be found. Try searching for the record again. (PAY-1635004)"

What could I do to re-add the event?
