'TimecardApprovalNotificationBulkReport' seeded report changes.

Hey Team,
We have a requirement to make some changes to the 'TimecardApprovalNotificationBulkReport' seeded report. Specifically, we need to replace the 'Select' keyword with 'Display' in one section and adjust the date format on the main notification page in the header. We've raised an SR to obtain the XML file, but unfortunately, we're having difficulty identifying the column we intended to change. If anyone has experience with these matters, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
