Absence Transfer balance incases Leave gets Rejected

Hi Oracle experts,

Currently we have requirement to move the Leave balance from Plan A to Plan B, only when Leave applied for Plan A gets rejected. As far as I understand using Transfer Balance Option we can move balance only when employee gets De-enrolled from the Leave plan. Hence in this scenario this functionality won't work.

Request experts to please let us know if it can be achieved via Transfer Balance Fast Formula ?
