Redwood: Employee approval comments are missing when submit his/her goals

When an employee sets his/her goals and provides comments just before submitting for manager. When manager opens the notification, he/she is unable to see employee comments that was captured. We are observing this behavior in Redwood pages, does anyone facing this issue.
