Check-in Bell Icon Notification through BIP

Summary:

Currently, there is no notification available in the Alert Composer for the check-in questionnaire. For example, whenever a manager updates questions in the questionnaire, it should trigger a bell icon notification.

We are attempting to achieve this through a BIP report. Can someone please suggest if there is any solution to create a bell icon notification for the check-in document?
