Custom Time and Labor Manager role with limited access to edit/delete timecards

Hi Team

We have a worker time entry profile that gives much flexibility to add/delete/edit timecards to Time and Labor Manager role. However, we want a custom Time and Labor Manager role for timekeepers but with the ability to delete/edit timecards only for the past 7 days.

How can I achieve that? Please advise
