How to hide suspend and complete buttons on non-scheduled jobs?

On a Non-scheduled job assigned to a resource, Suspend and Complete are available as Action buttons.

I'd like to change the visibility for those buttons on non-scheduled jobs. I'm not sure what condition to place on those buttons to hide it on non scheduled jobs.

Is there a specific property that's tied to non-scheduled jobs that a condition can be placed on to hide those buttons?
