Absence Leave Balance deducted when applied absence date passed without Approval

Summary:

The employee applied for absence on the 1st of May which goes to Manager Approval, The Manager did not approve the absence but the Absence applied date got passed and is still unapproved but we do see the absence balance got deducted from employee.
