Hello experts, our client wants to enable the certification section in the employee's skills and qualifications page, however we do not have a predefined list of certification available, does anyone have any list of certification that can suit for this requirement? we were thinking about a generic list, and if the specific certification is not available the employee can simply fill the Title field, which is a free text box.

Moreover, is it possible to disable the integration between the talent profile and the learning module, where these certifications are used as prerequisites and learning outcomes?
