external IdP - OCI IDCS - OFS

Summary:
Hello all!

I'm curious if we have someone who utilized successfully the following schema:

OFS(SP) configured with IDCS(IdP)(IDCS/SAML login policy) and IDCS(SP) configured with external IdP(Azure, OKTA), where SP-Service Provider, IdP - Identity provider.

I bet I saw such configuration in action but cannot recover in my mind which customer it was.
