Plan options restrictions

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement for 'Voluntary dependent life' wherein we have three options Spouse, child and waive. The Employee can select both options such as spouse and child. However, can we have a restriction to only select between Spouse/Child and Waive? currently they are able to select all three options and we are not able to restrict between spouse/child and waive.

Or we need to create separate plans for spouse and child.

Please advise.
