Redwood Performance Evaluation Issue: Participant Feedback & Calculated ratings missing for Approver

Summary:

In our existing process, HR Approvers have access to view calculated ratings and participant feedback in the pre-redwood UI. However, after enabling Redwood and going through the process, HR Approvers are unable to view the calculated ratings for each performance section or the feedback given. Is this by design?
