An employee will have two supervisors and separate KPIs under each supervisor.

Assigned goals and the performance evaluation are to be approved by the respective supervisor separately.   

The final performance rate is to be calculated according to the weight and rate given for each goal.

For all other approvals, leave qualifications, etc.. supervisor will be responsible. Dual reporting is required only for goals and performance evaluation.
