Is it possible to hide Performance Goals tab in new Goal Center?

Hello experts,

The current view of the Performance Goals and Development Goals in separate boxes will be replaced by the Goals Center in Redwood. Would it be possible to hide the entire Performance Goals tab from the specific role?
