Visibility for employee and manager in the document of performance
Hello,
I have two questions concerning the performance document:
1/ I would like to know in the performance module, at the stage of preparations by the manager and the employee, each of them can have access to the evaluation of the other? is there a way to make the preparation of the employee invisible to the manager and vice versa? Does recording one's appraisal without submitting it prevent the other from accessing the appraisal?
2/ Can the preparations of the manager and the employee remain modifiable after submission by the connected manager on the day of the interview between the employee and the manager?
