Can we add/modify values under Start date duration/End date duration in Absence entry page?

Summary:

I have requirement where i need more values under Start date Duration/End Duration

Example

  1. Half Day - AM
  2. Half Day - PM
  3. Full Day

Is it possible or not ? If i creating these will it going to impact absence balance deduction based up newly added values ?
