Expected Performance Rating to be captured against each goal

Summary:

Business has a requirement to capture the Expected Performance rating against each individual goal.

Is it possible to capture the expected performance rating.

Apart from the self evaluation where employees provides the rating against each goal, there should be additional field which manager while assigning the goal will set the expectation as one of the rating. Since for the same position there might be employees who is having more experience within the organization and other employee who just joined into the team.

Ex. Available ratings : 1(Least),2,3,4,5 (Highest)

Existing employee expected rating by manager will be given as 5

whereas for newly hired employee in same position expected rating by manager will be given as 3 (since he is new to the organization manager will not expect 5)
