Day 1 of Pattern should start on Work Schedule Assignment Date

Hello Experts,

In our project, the customer requires that Day 1 of Patterns should start on the day the Schedule is assigned to the employee, regardless of the Work Schedule Creation Start Date.

For example, if a 12-Day Schedule 'DDDOOONNNOOO' is created starting from January 1, 2024, and it is attached to an employee from January 4, 2024, then the first day, January 4, should be a Day shift and not an OFF day (DDDOOONNNOOO), and similarly for the consecutive days.

Please suggest any feasible solutions or workarounds for the above requirement, considering we have around 350+ different patterns and schedules.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
