The visibility of the auto-evaluation of employee by the manager

How can we make the employee's self-assessment invisible to the manager until the day of the annual appraisal interview, and make this self-assessment visible on the day of the interview, in a single performance document? Is this feasible or not? If so, how? Thank you so much for your help
