Hide the detailed evaluation given by the participant to the employee in the performance document

Hi Team,

we are customizing based on a client request. They have asked us to hide the detailed evaluation given by the participant from the employee within the performance document, showing only the summary rating.

Have you ever had similar request? If yes, how do you manage it? Let me know about additional info.
