However, there are 3 years of incorrect records on the system. After the formula change, the "Evaluate Absences" process was run to edit erroneous leave records. The process was run with the following parameters.

Legislative Data Group: TR Legislative Data Group
Record Selection: Evaluate Only Duration Changes
