We need to ensure that an employee receives pay for their absence balance only if they have completed at least one year with the company. Can this be accomplished using a fast formula? If so, could you please specify the type of fast formula that would be suitable? I'm exploring different methods to implement this requirement. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Case1: Employee completed one year with firm and have 10 hours of vacation balance, will be receiving pay for 10 hrs at salary rate.

Case2: Employee did not one year with firm and have 10 hours of vacation balance, will be receiving no Pay for the vacation balance i,e 0
