Is it possible for an employee to request for additional absence hours

in Workforce Management 3 comments

We have a requirement where employee can buy absence hours. Ex: If employee has 200 hours of Vacation Leave, he will raise a request for 20 hours. Upon approval the employee's salary will be deducted and his new Vacation Leave balance will 220 hours. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
