Issue with Anytime document Dates Overlap

Summary: We have a requirement where business is creating an anytime document and it is allowing to overlap the existing review date .

example : Manager Created the Anytime document 1
From date - 1/1/2024 to 3/31/2024
Manager Created the Anytime document 2
From date 1/1/2024 to 4/30/2024

Business requirement is to hold or stop the overlap of the dates on the review period selection
