Summary:

According to the business requirement, an alert notification should be triggered for the alert "HRA Feedback is requested".

Business Requirement: In the Alert Message Body, the notification should address the user as <Known_As, Last Name>. If Known_As is null, it should show <First Name, Last Name>.
