Can I deactivate a development goal while a performance form is in Canceled status?
I have an employee with several completed development goals that they are unable to deactivate. They have one Performance and Development Review form in completed status and one Performance and Development Review form in Canceled status.
We are aware that a form would need to be in Caregiver Acknowledgement step or completed status in order to deactivate Development goals. We thought we could cancel the form and it would still allow us to deactivate the goal because the form is no longer active.
Can we deactivate a development goal while a performance form is in Canceled status?
