What is the best way to know all the changes happening to seeded reports during the upgrade?

Summary:

Is there a best way to know the changes happening to the reports during the upgrade? We recently came across an issue where some of the fields "Receivables Aging by General Ledger Account Data Model" (the change is in one of the package hence, it is not visible for us) are updated. Because of this change all the custom reports that we built on top of the data model are failing (no visible error but, not able to produce report output).

Obviously Oracle Support couldnt help on this issue since, they also dont know what was change.

So, what is the best way to know this kind of changes happening in each upgrade? We were following
