Not able to see the new Element in the Payroll Time Type list

After creating an Element for the DK LG, not able to see it in the dropdown of Payroll Time Type

I'm configuring a new country to use Time and Labor (we have OTL already implemented for other countries).

As part of the configuration I have created a new Element and run the process "Generate Data Dictionary Time Attributes"

But even after that, I cannot see that new Element in the dropdown of Payroll Time Type when defining a Time Entry Layout Components

What step I'm missing?
