Performance Document Sharing to Employee

Summary:

We are setting up a performance document evaluation for only manager once the manager completes the evaluation the rating and comments need to be shared to the employee. I have done the setup but i am only getting the notification of performance evaluation completion to the employee only with plan details but not able to see the document(rating and comments) as employee.
