Assistance with article deep link

Summary:

I am trying to create a deep link to a knowledge article to be used in general communication, and not necessarily in Help Desk.

I have followed the steps in the Service implementation guide, and when I click on the link I get the HCM login page, but then the page is blank. The article is not loaded.

Please assist:

The article ID is HFAQ1 and we use US english (en_US)
