Performance Appraisal for Blue collar staff
Summary:
Our organization has many blue collar staff who do not access the application.
As part of their Performance appraisal cycle, managers does the Appraisal assessment and submit for approvals.
Recently, to optimize the subscription count for effective utilization of licenses, we have identified that the below privileges added to the Employee role are counted and hence we have removed this privileges from Employee role to test if this works. Our plan is to create 2 different set of employee roles basis on Blue-collar category or non-Blue-collar category if everything goes smooth.
