Unable to view Absence Record with vanilla roles

Hello ,

I hope you can help with my issue. My user account has all vanilla roles: Human Resource Specialist, IT Security Manager. I can search and view employees under the "Employment" page, but I hit an error with the Absence Records page. Can you all help to advise what could be the reason? Thank you very much.
