Issue with a custom manager role

Summary: A custom Frontline Manager role has access to the Emergency contact details area in oracle, under My Team.  However, the actual contact details, such as phone number are not displaying for the Manager. The communication area is blank and so they can see only the name and relationship, but no contact information. 

We have checked all the details in roles area and looks all good. We have also tried to replicate the issue by using seeded role but we can't see the Emergency contact option in manager direct reportee area.
