Hi , When we are creating a Performance template,the "synchronised goals section" checked box is ticked and greyed out. The Goals Synchronise profile option is ORA_HRA_SYNCHRONIZED_GOALS is set to N. Not sure why the "Use sunchronised goals section" is ticked and greyed by default. Please help
