Employee License and Certificates are deleted.
Hello All,
We run a weekly report and take the back up of the employee Certificates details. Recently when we ran the report we see that around 140 user certificates are not coming in the report.
We have cross checked with some of the employees and they mentioned they did not delete those certificate. We have not enabled approvals for Profile Items(Certificates) i also checked Audit Reports but i don't see any details on who deleted the record.
Is there a way where we can find out who deleted the Certificates.
